What exactly is a Text Message Broadcast?
A Text Message Broadcast is a message that is sent to everyone, all at once, on your text (SMS) message list. The opt-in list is grown by giving a customer a freebie, or simply asking them to join your text message list. They simply text “Join” to your given SMS phone number (we’ll give you your OWN Local texting ready phone number) and they are on YOUR list. They can leave at anytime, so you keep them connected with special coupons, offers and VIP only discounts. We have a TON of ideas to keep your messages fresh and engaging. With our software your broadcasts can be calendared months in advance! This way you can time your offers with other email, print and mail marketing messages. This allows you to sit down and enter in your messages in one siting. No forgetting!
Why do I need a Customer Group for my SMS Text Marketing?
Generally most businesses starting out in Text Marketing, need only 1 group. But let’s say you have men and women as clients, and you offer different services to each of them. You might want to segment your clients into 2 groups, allowing you to send out very targeted text messages to each group. This keeps people on your list longer, as each message you send will apply to them specifically. It’s easy to add a few additional groups, at a nominal price.

How many customers do you have . . . that you want to keep your message in front of? (Trick question – ALL of them!)
Let’s say you build your text messaging list to 300 of your clients. (it’s easy, just ask them!) Now if you send out 4 text message broadcasts per month to your loyal 300 customers, that will equal your allotted 1,200 messages. This a great way to send out a monthly coupon, offer or VIP only discounts. If you have a traditionally slow time during the day or week, bring in the bargain hunters with a time sensitive coupon. What makes a phone number SMS text ready and why is a local number important?
Phone numbers that can send and receive text messages are specialized numbers. We provide you with your OWN number (no sharing with others) and we make sure it’s a local number with a local area code. This goes a long way for your customer to recognize it, add it to their contacts and react to the message. Ever get a message or phone call from a phone number with a strange area code? Yea, I don’t like those calls either and they get blocked. Your customers are the same, so respect that.

Why do I need several local numbers in my advertising?
Most small businesses make the simple mistake of plastering their same business phone number in every piece of advertising and all over their internet ads. I don't have a Facebook page or Twitter account?
If you don’t have an account, our team can set one up for you. If you have a FB or Twitter account, all we need is permission to post on your behalf and our team can start. You will be contacted by our staff and given step-by-step instructions so that we can get started.
Tell me more about the Facebook and Twitter contests?
One way we have found to attract and engage new and existing customers is to run Facebook contests. These are weekly or monthly contests that give away a physical product drop shipped to the winner, or a service that you can provide at low cost. The contest directs the person to like the FB post and is directed to a website page where they sign up for your email newsletter. Once they complete these steps, they are entered in your contest. The contests are also promoted through your twitter account. This has a two-fold effect: Building your Facebook buzz (likes and people joining) and increasing your email list to your monthly email newsletter.
What type of a video do you produce?
Our staff produces a HD quality video with an intro shot featuring your business name, content specific to your business and an out-take featuring your business logo, contact information, and social media links. The video is then uploaded your Youtube account, and Google Hangout account and other social media video accounts. (we will create those too!) The video will then be posted on your Facebook page, Twitter and your SSM website. The video will also be made available for you to post on any other sites you wish.

Campaign-Specific Landing Pages
When we start a specific campaign (ie. Facebook Contest, email list contest, poll, etc.) our team sets up special page on your SMM blog website. We can then sign people up, enter them, or take their poll results. We then can automate the results and/or pass the marketing information along to you.
What is a Campaign Scheduler, and how does it work for me?
On Facebook, for example, you give us the date for a promotion that you are doing, and our team schedules the start date, end date and what is to be accomplished. In the above example, we could start a *FB like + email join* campaign where the winner will receive a physical product drop shipped, or a service that you can provide at low cost.
